Shipping
We use trackable cross-border shipping services.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery: estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Free standard shipping on orders of USD 79 or more.
- Standard shipping for orders below USD 79: USD 4.99.
The shipping threshold is based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. Expedited shipping is not currently offered. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; please refer to tracking updates.
Quietlume covers applicable import duties and import charges.
Returns & exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, with the frames, lenses, accessories and original packaging in good condition.
For product quality issues, shipping damage or an incorrect item, Quietlume covers reasonable return shipping costs and provides a refund or exchange.
For returns due to personal preference or fit, the customer pays return shipping. A one-time size or style exchange is available, with shipping in both directions paid by the customer.
How to request a return
Email yezhanguang980120@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Once the refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. This bank-processing period starts when the refund is issued, not when the return is delivered.
If the refund has not appeared after 10 business days from issue, contact us so we can help check its status.
