QUIETLUME REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Quietlume frames. If something is not
right, here is exactly how we handle returns and refunds.

30-DAY RETURNS
Unworn eyewear in original condition - including the case, cloth,
and all accessories - may be returned within 30 days of delivery
for a refund to your original payment method, or for store credit
if you prefer. Non-prescription items (sunglasses, blue-light
glasses, and standard readers) follow this same policy.

PRESCRIPTION & CUSTOM LENSES
Prescription lenses are custom-made to your exact specifications
and cannot be resold, so they are non-refundable and
non-exchangeable. If you return frames fitted with prescription
lenses, only the frame value is refunded.

ONE-TIME SIZE EXCHANGE
Fit matters most with eyewear. If your frames do not fit, we will
exchange them once for a different size or style of equal or lesser
value within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for
shipping both ways. Simply email us to get started.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you
ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and
your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full
refund - your choice - and cover all shipping costs.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective or incorrect items: we pay.
- One-time size or style exchange: customer pays shipping both ways.
- Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email yezhanguang980120@gmail.com with your order number and the reason
for your return. We will reply within one business day with
instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back
without contacting us first.

REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and
inspect your return. Your bank or card provider may take an
additional 3-10 business days to post the credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they
ship (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Once shipped, please
use the return process above.
