QUIETLUME TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
quietlume.com (the "Store"), operated by Quietlume ("we", "us").
By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS
We sell eyewear, including optical frames, sunglasses, blue-light
glasses, and reading glasses. Product photos are as accurate as
possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order
quantities.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a confirmed sale when we
accept it and send a shipping confirmation email. All prices are
in U.S. dollars; applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Payment is processed through the secure methods shown at checkout.
4. PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR - PLEASE READ
- Prescription lenses are custom-made to the details you provide.
You are responsible for entering your prescription accurately,
including your pupillary distance (PD).
- We recommend using a prescription that is no more than 1-2 years
old, issued by a licensed eye care professional.
- Our products are not medical devices intended to diagnose,
treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we do not provide
medical advice. If you experience eye discomfort while wearing
any eyewear, discontinue use and consult an eye care
professional.
- Because prescription lenses are custom-made, they are
non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Store, the Quietlume name and logo, and all content, images,
and design on the Store are our property or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes
without our written consent.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Store - including attempting to
interfere with its operation, scraping content, or using it for
any unlawful purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for
any claim arising from your use of the Store or a purchase is
limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the
claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,
USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

and fairly.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version
is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Your
continued use of the Store means you accept the updated Terms.
