PROCESSING TIME
Orders are carefully inspected and packaged within 1-3 business
days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email
with a tracking number the moment your order ships.
DELIVERY TIMES & RATES (UNITED STATES)
Standard Shipping: estimated 7–12 business days.
$4.99 USD for orders below $79.00 USD.
Free standard shipping for orders of $79.00 USD or more.
Shipping eligibility is based on the cart value after discounts and before taxes.
Expedited shipping is not currently offered.
DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped to the United States, all import duties are
included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never be asked
to pay extra fees on delivery.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States only. Sign up for our
newsletter to hear first when we expand.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact
us and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to
the address you enter and cannot be responsible for orders sent
to an incorrect address.
- If your package is marked "delivered" but you cannot find it,
check with household members and neighbors, then contact us
within 7 days and we will help locate it or make it right.
- For lost packages, contact us within 45 days of the ship date
for a free replacement or refund.
