Warranty

Quietlume provides a 12-month limited product warranty beginning on the date you receive your order.

Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, hinge quality issues, and other confirmed manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.

Not covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, user-caused damage, scratched lenses, or problems caused by improper use.

For products that qualify for warranty service, Quietlume will provide free repair, replacement, or another appropriate after-sales solution.
